Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the platform, regardless of the means or process used, is strictly forbidden without prior written authorization from KORE PRODUCT SAS.
Any unauthorized exploitation of the site or any of its constituent elements will be considered as an infringement and prosecuted under relevant French Intellectual Property Code articles.

Use of the KORE software suite by business customers is governed by the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Terms of Service agreed upon registration.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These legal terms are governed by French law. In the event of any dispute regarding validity, interpretation, or performance, jurisdiction is expressly attributed to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
